Friday January 18th
Janis is one of our Toning, Chant and Mantra instructors at the Institute.
She will be leading the group in Chants from all around the world.
She will also be doing some Kirtan (call and response).
Making sound with the voice resonates energy through every organ.
It also is good for the following:
- Expands the body's ability to breathe deeply
- Helps one to relax and handle stress
- Helps to release trauma
- Slows down the heart rate, respiration, and brainwaves
- Helps improve sleep
- Expands consciousness
- Creates connection and community
- Just feels good

We are now doing this meetup (or similar) every other Friday night from 7-9 PM.
Different instructors and graduates of our Sound Healing Program will be leading it.
